Dr. Pallavi Kavhane

Head of Department, Yoga

Dr. Pallavi Kavhane is an internationally recognized Yoga Expert, Fitness Coach, and Yoga Therapist with decades of experience in teaching and training students, athletes, and wellness seekers.

She holds a Ph.D. in Yoga and Physical Education and has devoted her life to promoting the authentic science of yoga as a tool for health, discipline, and human transformation.from past 30 years serving in Wellness

Dr. Kavhane is also a Yoga Arjuna award World Champion and has trained numerous national and international athletes, sportspersons, and students, many of whom have achieved remarkable success.

Dr. Vishwajeet Chavan

M.Sc in Yoga Therapy, Yoga Teacher

Dr Chavan has been practicing yoga therapy and ayurvedic medicine at the Shree Shashwati Health Center in Kothrud, Maharashtra, for fifteen years. He has a PhD in Alternative Therapies from Pune University and has diplomas in Therapeutic Restorative Yoga, Naturopathy, and Yoga and Ayurveda. Dr Chavan is a qualified yoga teacher, and through the Sahaja Yoga Trust, he leads Sahaja Yoga Meditation camps all over India with the mission of improving people's spiritual health.

He is associated with many charitable organisations in India, where his work ranges from working with special-needs people in Andhashala, Maharashtra, to destitute women and girls in Mahila Sevashram, Karnataka. Every year he assists at the Rotary International Warkari health check-up camps at different locations around India, specialising in raising awareness around conditions such as anaemia, diabetes and heart disease.

Dr Chavan's social outreach is spread further through his work with the Punya Charitable Trust, the Pune Doctor Charitable Trust, Sanjeevan Yoga Therapist Association, the Shree Yogdayani Association, Ahmednagar Mitra Mandal, Indian Medical Association, and Kothrud Doctors Association, among others. He is a follower of the H. H. Shree Mataji Nirmala Deviji Sahaja Yoga Meditation Technique.
